Founded by Roberta Knox, the studio carries the mark of her own journey. As a U.S. Army veteran with eight years of service leading and training teams in complex operations, Roberta understands resilience, leadership, and the power of intentional spaces. After building her own businesses, she saw the need for something different, a place where women could find community, connection, and momentum.
